Tegan Avene Hadisi
Digital technologies and migration
Tegan is an MPhil Candidate in Development Studies at the University of Oxford, researching infrastructure as a tool for state legitimacy. Her broader interests include climate change and adaptation, local knowledge, green technologies, displacement, etc. She is currently co-authoring a book at the intersections of digital technologies and migration. Much of her work is informed by her family’s refugee background and lived experience of statelessness.
