Noemi Mena Montes

Noemi Mena Montes is an Assistant Professor in International Business and Communication at Radboud University and a researcher with the migration network RUNOMI. Holding a PhD in Political Communication and Migration, she specializes in intercultural communication. Her diverse background includes work as a radio journalist in Spain, a freelance correspondent in the Middle East, and a communication advisor for a European political foundation. She has contributed to investigative journalism with Lighthouse Reports, served as an editor for the African Development Media Network, and works as a communication consultant and trainer. Noemi is also the co-founder of Re-starter, a foundation supporting refugee integration in Europe.
